Accidently changes digital thermostat to Celcius?

I have a maple Chase thermometer 09500 how do i change it back to farenheit?Accidently changes digital thermostat to Celcius?There is a small button %26quot;convert%26quot; which switches the C掳 to F掳 and a host of other options.
